I often get these headaches that feel like my temple is going to explode...both sides just feel like bursting..Not only that, but simple things like walking up the stairs or even standing up make it worse...These headaches, are more often mild but yesterday it got so bad that I had to leave work..this has been going on a few years now....what could they be and how can i prevent them... Headache question and advice. Do you have these symptoms?
