';everybody wants to see you fail,if you are happy it will make people unhappy,this is why people put you down,including your own family.Even if they do love you.If sombody insults you about somthing they are doing it because its what would hurt them.Once you see through all of this its hard for anybody to try and keep you down because you are aware of their intention :) if you know exactly why they are putting you down it becomes obvious that they are just trying to make you feel as misserable as they are.





I used to be affected by people putting me down and i ended up depressed until i learned to raise my level of mind and learned about people and why they do and say the bad things they do.I never used to understand but now i do and i'll never be depressed again.





This is the best advice anybody has given me,this same advice i got from the guy who taught me '; a problem cannot be solved at the same level of mind that created it'; you can also use this to help you understand why people feel the need to try and put you down and stop you from reaching your goals,because they are at a low level of mind.:)

I think that the wear sunscreen song is really good adivce in itself. I have the song lyrics on my wall and its always there for me in times of trouble.

Stop hating and start loving. Be yourself, and don't compromise it unless it is bad! Try your best, that is all you can do.
It's quality, not quantity. (that can apply in any situation, be it in exams or just generally life!)
