imagine your life as a delicate flower. Now imagine that that everyone else has a flower (only one ofcourse) and that once again it is super delicate and fragile. Each of these flowers is totally unique. Pretend that this flower is the most important thing in the world to you. There also happens to be elements such as rain and wind that try to destroy your flower. You have to guard your flower, water it everyday, give it some sunlight, and dont let the cat eat it. Now lets get out of pretend mode and let me translate this. Your life is very fragile and can easily break, you have to be careful and make the just and right decisions to succeed in life if you do flourish in life and take good care of yourself life will be a blast!

This was on a plate over the stove in my grandmother's kitchen, and I will always remember it because it's the best advice ever. Don't say anything 'bad' about anyone and try to be nice to everyone no matter what just doesn't say what this little poem says nearly as well.



i would have to give two... sorry, it's how this works:





1. Make a savings account and stick to it (even if it is just saving your money in a jar under your bed)





2. Don't sweat the small stuff- you'll have less wrinkles
Think long and hard about the person you are considering marrying. Don't ignore the little things you think you will get used to, or that you think will go away with time...because they won't.
Pay your dues willingly and without complaint because you will pay them anyway, and you won't like it when they are exacted from you if you resist.
