people rarely tell the truth, we are surrounded by lies. we cannot believe what we are told. our language is such that we can confuse meaning without intending to do so. it makes me think of the book 1984 by george orwell because in one part the main character is being told that two plus two is five even though he is well aware and can see that it makes four.
we fill ourselves with words that either dont mean anything or they dont come out as truthfully as we want them to..
Look before you leap
You've got to ';walk the walk'; rather than merely ';talk the talk';.





Words are not necessarily sincere; actions are.
We pay way too much attention to WHAT is being said .. the words .. The VERBAL communication.





But people hardly ever tell the truth.. it will be hidden behind the words they actually say..





if you try on a new dress and ask someone how you look? People will reply in words what you would like to hear :) well most of the times! unless its ur Mom :D :D





You and your best friend entered a competition and you won! Will she be really happy for you or jealous? Her words will obviously say she's happy you won but the expressions will tell you the truth.





The words are controlled by the person but most of the times physical actions that go along with it are involuntary.





So reality is not in the words its in the expressions, actions that go with it.





To understand a person or situation don't just listen to the words... observe the actions.. which is call as the ';body language';, and body language tells you a lot more than the ';verbal communication';





If you search the internet for ';Body language'; you'll find a lot of resources explaining the term, how to understand it.. how to control ur own ! :)
It almost seems like she's saying act first and don't be conned by a lot of fancy words. There is always people that can rationalize a situation and make it look not at all what it is. Con men use this talent every day.
Actions speak louder than words.
You can be brainwashed into believing something is true even when it isn't. Further, the words can be used in such a way that disguises their meaning or evolve into meaning something else. If you see it in action, then it becomes more concrete as to what was intended and done.
