Can you please advice how can i open my mail address if i do not remember my registered details?

I have mail adress registered at yahoo since 4-5 years ago and i went to up date mai mail and they asked me the registered details and it was difficult to rememeber what i wrote in that time, my adress is blocked ,if you can help!Can you please advice how can i open my mail address if i do not remember my registered details?
